By placing an order with Mamissima you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Your credit/debit card will be authorised when your order is placed and processed but you will not be charged for the value of the goods until the point that they are despatched to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see the delivery information below.
You may cancel your order for any reason up to the point of despatch. Please call us on the above number to cancel your order. If you do cancel within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

| Returns Policy
We hope you love your new items but if for any reason we fail to meet your expectations, you may return or exchange clothes with tags attached to us at any time within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please retain Proof of Postage as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Please not this does not apply to personalised jewelery as this have been personally made for you and acannot be resold.
SALE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method. All returns are at the customer's expense. Mamissima will pay delivery on your first exchange (sent via Standard Delivery). Subsequent exchanges are charged at the standard delivery rate. We will only refund the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card/debit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All transactions are shown in pounds sterling (£).

| Delivery
Standard UK Delivery £5.00
Delivery by courier service or registered post. Delivery is normally within 5 working days of receipt of order, although please allow up to 14 days. All schedules are subject to item availability. We aim to stock all items although due to reasons beyond our control this is not always possible.
European Delivery:
Goods will be sent airmail, for orders over £40 a signature will normally be required

Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock.
If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.

Also, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
